What types of custom locks can you manufacture?
We manufacture custom cam locks, cabinet locks, quarter-turn locks, paddle locks, electronic locks, and other industrial locking hardware. We support zinc alloy die-casting, stainless steel CNC machining, and plastic injection molding.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom molding?
MOQ depends on complexity and material. For die-cast lock parts, typical MOQ starts from 500 pieces. For simpler components, MOQ can be as low as 200 pieces. Contact us for a specific quote.
How long does custom mold development take?
Mold lead time starts from 15 days for simple parts. Complex multi-cavity molds may take 25–35 days. T1 samples are ready within 7 days after mold completion.
Can you work from my drawings or just a sample?
Both. We accept 2D/3D drawings (STEP, IGES, DWG), physical samples, or even rough sketches. Our engineering team will develop full production drawings and provide DFM feedback.
Do you offer OEM/ODM services with custom branding?
Yes. We offer full OEM/ODM services including custom logo engraving, laser marking, packaging design, and private labeling for locks and hardware products.
