From a Small Workshop to a Global Supplier

Yuxin Electric was founded in Yueqing, Zhejiang Province — the heart of China's low-voltage electrical manufacturing hub. What started as a small workshop producing basic cabinet locks has grown into a comprehensive industrial hardware enterprise with over 1,150 product models serving customers across 50+ countries.

Building Expertise, One Product Line at a Time

Our journey began with industrial locking solutions — quarter-turn cam locks, panel swing handles, and multi-point rod control latches for electrical cabinets and switchgear. As our clients' needs expanded, so did we. We added complete hinge systems (from compact concealed hinges to heavy-duty 180° stainless steel hinges rated for 20,000 cycles), a full range of industrial handles (150+ models in 16 categories), and precision-engineered toggle latches and quick clamps with holding forces up to 980kg.

Recognizing the growing RV and caravan market, we developed a dedicated line of 44 specialized RV locks — push-button locks, paddle latches, slam latches, and compression locks — available in 13 surface finishes to match any interior design.

Today, our product lines also include EPDM sealing strips and gaskets (150+ profiles for switchgear and enclosures), industrial casters (from 1-inch light-duty to 8-inch heavy-duty wheels supporting 800+kg), BMC busbar insulators (rated up to 3,000V), and a complete range of insulation materials from phenolic boards to CNC-machined epoxy components.

Vertical Integration: Our Competitive Edge

Unlike trading companies, Yuxin controls the entire manufacturing process in-house. Our facilities include a mold design and tooling department, zinc alloy die-casting lines, CNC machining centers (milling, turning, drilling, tapping, grinding), and a full surface treatment workshop supporting zinc plating, chrome plating, nickel plating, powder coating, anodizing, electrophoresis, and mirror polishing. This vertical integration allows us to maintain strict quality control, offer competitive pricing, and deliver rapid customization — from modifying a single dimension to developing entirely new products from your drawings.

Quality Without Compromise

Every Yuxin product is manufactured under ISO-certified quality management. Our products carry CE, UL, RoHS, and TUV certifications. We use SUS304 and SUS316 stainless steel for corrosive and marine environments, glass-fiber reinforced nylon for temperature extremes (-40°C to +120°C), and BMC composites for high-voltage insulation (2,300MΩ resistance, <1mA leakage). Our torque-controlled position hinges are tested for 20,000 cycles, and our toggle clamps are individually rated for holding capacity.
